Oliver from Journey In Jordan, a bespoke, high end travel agency, approached Feel Design as a company local to him in Southport. He met with James and discussed their current site, the second one they had had created, and they not been happy with either site, or the impersonal process of the web company. They had also had some SEO and social work which had been a let down, and had been sold 1500 fake followers on Facebook. They wanted a reliable, honest and responsive company,with whom they could discuss, face to face if needed, the requirements they had.

We recreated the site, making changes that we recommended and brought in our social media marketing expert, Laeticia, who came up with a strategy to boost real followers and get actual engagement. Our SEO team set about boosting visits and on site engagement. We plan further work with new brochures and more in 2026.
